Fabric Canvas Art

A couple weeks ago, I got this wild idea to make art using an old ruined canvas, and some fabric scraps. I am beyond excited about it, and I LOVE the way it turned out!

So, I introduce this new piece...
Leaves blowing in the wind...



I love all the patterns of the leaves, and the texture of the fabric behind it. It all goes so well together!

I also like how it turned out having the leaves wrapping around the side of the canvas.

Not the best sewing job, but I am still trying to get used to my sewing machine, and there is a little pucker of fabric on the right, but thats okay! I was super proud of myself, cause I had an idea, and it actually came out the way I was picturing in my head!
